GUIDING LA CRESTA
FORWARD
Transparency, Fiduciary Responsibility
EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST
My Vision
As a professional musician, I am accustomed to working with people of different backgrounds, ethnicities, temperaments, and viewpoints with the goal of a harmonious presentation and outcome. As a tertiary institution instructor for over 10 years, I am also familiar with the rules of confidentiality and privacy in record-keeping as well as the importance of maintaining formal decorum with all appropriate parties.
I have participated in several board meetings of non-profit organizations and have donated countless hours in helping raise funds for charitable causes locally and abroad in Asia. Among the highlights are the first televised music broadcast on RTHK for relief to the disaster victims of the Dec 2004 Indonesian Tsunami, fundraising for victims of the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, and raising funds for the Community of Light, a shelter for recently deported migrants in Tijuana last year.
I wish to re-establish the respect and reputation of La Cresta within the neighboring and outside communities. This includes open transparency on financial records, zoom meetings for members who are unable to attend the Open Meetings in person.
I have no ulterior motives or vested interests, business or otherwise, in serving on the board. other than to exercise a fiduciary responsibility to the members and property owners of La Cresta. I prefer to avoid conflict and like to keep meetings on target and under an hour. In my line of work, time is money.

Financial Transparency and Responsible Spending

The entire Board & ALL La Cresta members are entitled access to review legal documents paid for utilizing members' dues. Let’s prioritize administrative efficiency over litigation.
